We offer a number of delivery options within the UK. A full list of details can be found below. We do ask for you to wait the allocated time frame before querying where your order is.
Our Customer Services team will only be able to answer queries and investigate any orders that have yet to be delivered after the delivery time frame.

We ship all over the world via our Global Site. When visiting our site please select your country flag before shopping for all product and shipping information specific to you.
All delivery time frames are based on working days, working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK Bank Holidays. Deliveries may also be delayed due to any local Bank Holidays.

The shipping time during Holiday Season (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc) could be longer than usual time. Please add another 5-10 days as a delay.
In case you received a defective item, the customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt to request for refund or exchange for a new one.
In case you received a wrong item, Items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.
We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of change of mind. Please read all description provided as a guide before you bid.
